Reports
The Reports page provides analytics on your sales and profitability, broken down by store or SKU. Reports can be filtered by time period and store, and most can be exported as CSV.
Report Types
The page is organized into three sections:
Store Reports
- Sales by Store — Revenue metrics broken down by store
- Profit by Store — Profitability metrics broken down by store (with optional fulfillment cost)
SKU Reports
- Sales by SKU — Revenue metrics broken down by individual product SKUs
- Profit by SKU — Profitability metrics broken down by individual product SKUs (with optional fulfillment cost)
Sales Trend by SKU
An interactive line chart showing sales trends over time for selected SKUs. Each SKU is plotted as a separate line so you can compare performance visually.
Generating a Report
Each report card has its own filters and a Generate button. Configure the filters, then click Generate to produce the report.
Period Selector
Every report has a period selector with the following options:

Store Filter
A multi-select dropdown that lets you filter by one or more stores. By default, All Stores is selected. You can select specific stores to narrow the data.
SKU Selection (Sales Trend only)
The Sales Trend by SKU report has an additional SKU filter:

| Select | Manually search and pick specific SKUs from your product catalog |
When using Select, a search modal opens where you can find products by SKU, name, or description and check the ones you want to include.
Export
When a store or SKU report finishes generating, the results are automatically downloaded as a CSV file. The filename includes the report type, date range, and the date it was requested.
The Sales Trend by SKU report is chart-only and does not export to CSV.
Fulfillment Cost
The Profit by Store and Profit by SKU reports include an option to Include PNP fulfillment cost. Check this box before generating to factor fulfillment costs into the profit calculation.
Bulk Edit Cost Price
On the profit reports (Profit by Store and Profit by SKU), a Bulk edit costs button is available when you have specific stores selected. This opens a spreadsheet-style editor where you can view and update the cost price for each store listing in bulk.

Make your changes in the grid, then click Save to apply them.
