Products
Products represent the items you sell across your stores. Each product has a unique SKU and can be linked to multiple store listings.
Products List
The products list displays all products in a searchable, sortable table.
Columns

Search
The search bar filters products by name and SKU.
Sorting
You can sort by ID, SKU, Name, Brand, or Listing Price by clicking the column header.
Creating a Product
Click Create Product to open the creation form. Fields marked with * are required.

For direct shipments to the US: Customs Description, Origin Country, HS Code, Contains Battery (with battery type if applicable), Declared Value, Weight, and Dimensions must be entered accurately. If the product’s country of origin is China, Manufacturer ID (Chinese factory identifier) is also required.
Auto-Create Store Listings
Use the Auto-create store listings dropdown to automatically create store listings when the product is created. Listings will use the same SKU as the product. Options:
- None — no store listings are created (default)
- All — create listings for all stores
- Custom — select specific stores from the searchable dropdown

Bulk Import via Excel
Click Bulk Upload to import multiple products from a spreadsheet.
Auto-Create Store Listings
The same Auto-create store listings dropdown is available during bulk import. Select None, All, or specific stores to automatically create store listings for each imported product using the same SKU.
Steps
- Download the template — a pre-formatted Excel file with all column headers
- Upload your file (.xlsx, .xls, or .csv) or enter data directly in the grid
- Review and edit — data loads into an inline grid where you can make corrections
- Validate — rows are color-coded after validation:
- Green: valid
- Red: has errors (expand the error panel for details)
- Blue: already created
- Submit — valid rows are processed. A summary shows success and failure counts.

Product Details
Click on any product to open its detail page. Use Save to persist or Discard changes to revert.
Product Information
The main section displays editable fields for the product name, description, brand, listing price, origin country, HS code, customs description, manufacturer ID, battery info, and declared value.
Status
The status dropdown in the sidebar lets you set the product to Active, Inactive, or Deleted.
Tags
Tags help you categorize products. Click Search Tags to open the tag editor where you can select existing tags or create new ones. Applied tags appear as removable badges.
Media
The media section displays product images in a gallery grid. The main image appears larger, with additional images as thumbnails. Click any image to open a full-screen viewer with navigation arrows.
Weight and Dimensions
Edit the product’s weight (with unit) and dimensions (length, width, height with unit) in the sidebar.
Store Listings
A table showing all store listings linked to this product. Each row displays the listing ID, store name, store SKU, product name, and creation date. This shows you which stores carry the product.
Activity Logs
A chronological log of all changes made to the product.
Navigation
Use the previous/next arrows in the header to quickly navigate between products without returning to the list. You must save or discard changes before navigating.
