Tracking

The public tracking page allows anyone, including your customers, to look up the status of a shipment using a tracking number, without needing to log in.

Tracking Page

Visit the tracking page with a tracking number in the URL (e.g., /tracking/1Z999AA10123456784). The page displays:

  • Tracking number with a link to our tracking page
  • Tracking timeline, a chronological list of shipment events, each showing:
    • Event status
    • Location (if available)
    • Date and time (if available)

If no tracking information is available yet, a message will indicate that.

Supported Carriers

CarrierExample Patterns
UPSStarts with 1Z followed by 16 characters
FedEx12, 15, or 20–22 digit numbers
USPS20–22 digit numbers starting with 92–94

For other carriers, the tracking number is displayed without an external link.

Sharing with Customers

You can share the tracking URL directly with customers. The URL format is:

https://app.shopp-oms.com/tracking/{trackingNumber}

No account or login is required to view the tracking page.
