Dashboard
The Dashboard provides a real-time overview of your business performance. It displays key metrics, revenue trends, store performance, and top-selling products, all in one place.
Filtering by Date Range
At the top of the dashboard, you can filter all widgets by time period using the period selector dropdown:
| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| Last Day | Data from the past 24 hours |
| Last 7 Days | Data from the past week |
| Last 30 Days | Data from the past month (default) |
| Last 90 Days | Data from the past quarter |
| Custom Range | Pick a custom start and end date |
When using Custom Range, a calendar popover lets you select a “from” and “to” date. Future dates cannot be selected.
Your selected date range is saved automatically and persists between sessions.
Use the refresh button (top-right) to force all widgets to reload with the latest data.
Metrics Cards
The top row displays five key performance indicators. Each card shows the current period value and a percentage change compared to the previous period (color-coded green for increase, red for decrease).
Orders
Total number of orders received in the selected period.
Sales
Total revenue across all orders. Displayed in your organization’s base currency.
Average Price
The average order value (total revenue divided by number of orders).
Average Quantity
The average number of items per order.
Cancellation Rate
The percentage of orders that were cancelled in the selected period.
Revenue Statistics
A line chart showing revenue over time for the selected period. Two lines are displayed:
- Current Period (solid line): revenue trend for the selected date range
- Previous Period (dashed line): revenue trend for the equivalent prior date range, for comparison
The X-axis shows dates (or hours if “Last Day” is selected). Hover over the chart to inspect individual data points.
Store Statistics
A bar chart breaking down performance by store. Each store is color-coded so you can compare sales volume across your connected marketplaces at a glance.
On smaller screens, the chart switches to a horizontal layout for readability.
Top Stores
A ranked list of your best-performing stores by order count. The top store is displayed prominently with a larger card, followed by the remaining stores in a grid below. Each card shows:
- Store icon (based on platform type)
- Store name
- Order count
Top Selling SKUs
A ranked list of your best-selling products by order count. Similar to Top Stores, the #1 SKU is featured in a larger card. Each entry shows:
- Product thumbnail (if available)
- SKU code
- Order count
