Update : Amazon Prime Day

Amazon recently announced the date for their annual sale: June 21st and 22nd! Get your coin purses ready, according to Jamil Ghani, vice president of Amazon Prime, “Amazon will offer upwards of two million deals on products to Prime members this year”. What a time to be an Amazon Prime member.

This year, the company is shining the spotlight on small businesses as a way to demonstrate how the savings event benefits independent merchants that sell their goods through their website. As we all may know, small businesses were greatly impacted by the pandemic. Prime day will not only benefit those independent merchants, but also Prime members. Members will get a $10 credit on Prime Day if they spend $10 at select small businesses from June 7 through June 20. The company said it was part of a new $100 million investment the company was making to boost small businesses. What better way to not only save, but also support those who need it the most! Once again, Amazon Prime Day will be held on June 21st and 22nd!
